Deep Thoughts

People should not base happiness on the results of a scale.


  1. I told that to my mom this weekend. Chuck the thing out and you will know if you are dropping weight or not.

    Your actual weight is like your IQ number - not important unless someone else wants to know it.

  2. However, when doing a fitness/weight loss competition, you have to do those weekly weigh-ins. And listen to people's response to the results. We're also taping (measuring waist and body composition) at the end of the six weeks.
