Made it to the Pool for 30'




Not too hot, sort of hazy. Nice to have a chance to let my hair down.

CrossFit workout - "Tabata" (20 sec hard/10 sec rest) 8 rounds of each exercise: airsquats (last round did 16), pullups (7), pushups (5), situps (8).
